Faith in our School

Here at St. Bernard Catholic School we believe in Praying together and Playing together! Our tag line is “Peace, Pray, Learn” which has its roots in the Benedictine Rule which St. Bernard lived by.  Faith, Academics and Friendship are tightly intertwined in our school community and we are always happy when someone new comes to join our school! As a community, we attend Mass once per week through the school year. Our 2nd graders prepare and receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Students in grades 5-8 participate in annual field trips with Fr. Mark, our pastor.

Each week through the school year, a different homeroom in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade, hosts one of the school masses. Students serve as greeters, readers
