Faith Integration

Here at St. Bernard Catholic School we believe in praying together and playing together! Our tag line is “Peace, Pray, Learn,” which has its roots in the Benedictine Rule that St. Bernard lived by. Faith, academics and friendship are tightly intertwined in our school community, and we are always happy when someone new comes to join our school!

As a school community, we attend Mass once per week throughout the academic year. Our second-graders prepare and receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

Each week through the school year, a different homeroom in kindergarten through eighth grade hosts one of the school Masses. Students serve as greeters and readers.

Preschool 4 year olds receive preparation in the spring for attending Mass and learning about the symbols and signs of our faith in the church.
