We would like to give a warm BEARNARD BEAR welcome to the following new members of our community:
1st/2nd Multi-age Classroom. He is coming from 6+ years of experience at the Cerebral Palsy Center and is a St. Norbert graduate with a wife and two small children.
Middle School Religion. Ms. Christiaanson has a variety of ministry and teaching experiences and is a graduate of Silver Lake College. She has a passion for ballroom dancing and a zeal for teaching the Word of God.
Middle School Language Arts. Ms. Dudzik is a graduate of St. Norbert College and has an impressive repertoire of student teaching experiences in her background. One thing she enjoys is playing tennis and helping with forensic-type activities.
Spanish. Ms. Arellano is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a lower elementary teaching background. She is excited to bring her passion for Spanish language and culture to our students.
3rd/4th multi-age. Ms. Weinfurt is thrilled to be joining the St. Bernard School community. She has her degree from Mount Mary University in elementary education with a focus in social studies. Much of her free time has been devoted to teaching religious education to the youth of her parish in Wauwatosa, WI, in addition to time spent working with the Easter Seals of Southeast Wisconsin.
3rd grade. Mrs. Petermann has many years of experience teaching 3rd grade in her home parish of St. Matthew. The experience that Mrs. Petermann has at the intermediate level will be a nice addition to the Intermediate team here at St. Bernard Catholic School. She has high school aged children and is an active member of the St. Matthew parish.
Kindergarten: Ms. Manders is a graduate of St. Norbert College who student taught at Webster Elementary in a kindergarten class. She is very excited about having her own class of kindergarteners.
