INTERMEDIATE UNIT – GRADES 3 & 4 – Water for the World Project
Dear St. Bernard Catholic School 3rd and 4th graders (and of course teachers, staff, administrators and parents),
Words just cannot express my heartfelt gratitude and joy for the money you have raised for a well (borehole) in Zambia. Your kindness and compassion will be felt thousands of miles from here when little children and adults hold their hands under the clean, running water you will have provided. As I shared in my presentation, “Water is life; you have given them life.” I’m not sure there is any greater gift you could be giving this Christmas. You, indeed, are the “hands and feet” of Christ.

PRIMARY UNIT – GRADES K – 2 – Socks for Jesus
Well done kindergarteners, first, and second graders, our Advent "Socks for Jesus" collection was a success! Together we collected 821 pairs of socks. That is amazing and will help keep children in the Green Bay area warm and cozy this winter! The socks were donated to the Salvation Army who were very appreciative of the generosity of our students and families. Thank you for participating with your donations! Thanks also to Sarah Pethan who delivered the socks to the Salvation Army. |
